Century Therapeutics

Century Therapeutics (NASDAQ: IPSC) is building an allogeneic, induced pluripotent stem cell-derived cell therapy platform. Its type 1 diabetes candidate, CNTY-813, is a stem-cell-derived beta islet product engineered with the company's Allo-Evasion 5.0 immune-evasion edits so that off-the-shelf cells can survive without a matched donor. Century lists CNTY-813 as a priority program in IND-enabling studies. The company is not T1D-exclusive; its pipeline also covers autoimmune B-cell diseases and solid tumors through candidates such as CNTY-308 and CNTY-101.
