GentiBio

GentiBio is a biotechnology company engineering regulatory T cells through its EngTreg platform to restore immune tolerance in autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. Its lead program, GNTI-122, is an engineered Treg therapy for type 1 diabetes designed to halt the autoimmune destruction of beta cells and preserve insulin production. The program entered first-in-human Phase 1 testing in the POLARIS trial. GentiBio is not T1D-exclusive; its tolerance platform also targets other autoimmune indications.
